White Miso Dip

White Miso Dip, vegetables and
 Annie Chun's Seaweed Snack - a satisfying & healthy alternative to chips. 

     While visiting Japan a few years ago, I stopped at a small store and bought a snack of vegetables and white miso dip. I took it to a nearby garden, sat on a hilltop bench, enjoying with my husband, this snack, the crisp cool air and the incredible beauty surrounding us. I am taken back to this beautiful, peaceful experience every time I make this snack at home.

White Miso Dip
Serves 2

1 T. Veganaise
1/2 T. white miso
pinch of sugar
squeeze of lemon juice or 1 tsp. nondairy milk 

In a small bowl, use a fork and mix the Veganaise and white miso together. Use either a squeeze of lemon or small amount of nondairy milk to thin to a desired consistency. Serve with an assortment of crisp vegetables.

Note- Start with half a tablespoon of white miso, taste and then add more if desired.
