Mango Milkshake


     I love this drink! It is so refreshing, creamy and delicious. It is also dairy free! I love to blend this drink up for breakfast or a snack, sit out on my patio in the warm sun, taking a few minutes to indulge in this sweet pleasure. These moments are as uncomplicated as this drink is to make.

Mango Milkshake
serves 1

Basic Blend-

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 - 1 1/4 cup frozen mango chunks

Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Start with 1 cup of mango chunks, add a few more pieces if needed to thicken.

Delicious Add Ins-
pinch of cardamon powder (about 1/8 tsp. or less) and 1 tsp. rose water (a heavenly combo!)
